Getting Started
Onderwater Flowers supplies exclusively to professional florists in the UK. You can register for an account on our Registration page. Once approved, you'll receive your login details from our office.
We have a short how-to-buy video and step-by-step guide on our How to Buy page, covering everything from logging in to checking out your basket.
Your password is not capital-sensitive, but your username is — make sure to enter it exactly as provided.
You can log in via our Login page. If you're having trouble accessing your account, please contact the office and we'll help you regain access.
Stock & Ordering
We show different stock origins at the top of the webshop:
- NL | Shop Stock – flowers, plants and decoration materials from our warehouse at the Rijnsburg flower auction in the Netherlands.
- UK | Shop Lorry – flowers and plants carried by our own lorry on a weekly route (Sunday–Tuesday). This stock is only shown to customers along that route — contact the office to find out if you qualify.
- NL | Pre-Sale Auction – live pre-sale items for the next auction day. Important: this stock has a non-cancellation policy — once bought, it cannot be cancelled.
This indicates a non-cancellation policy on that parcel — once purchased, it cannot be cancelled. This applies regardless of which stock you're ordering from. For all other items — across all stock types — you can cancel within 15 minutes of purchase (you'll see a countdown timer in your basket).
Each stock section shows a calendar with available departure days and the estimated arrival date. The departure day you select is what determines dispatch — if you choose the same departure day across Flowers & Greens, Decorations, and Plants, everything will be dispatched and delivered together.

Delivery & Logistics
Orders dispatched from our Netherlands warehouse have an estimated arrival window between 23:00 on the day of departure and 08:00 the following morning. These are estimations — we aim to deliver before opening hours, but delays can occur. If this happens, we'll contact you with an updated ETA.
- NL | Shop Stock – free delivery on spend above £250.
- NL | Pre-Sale Auction – free delivery on spend above £250.
- UK | Shop Lorry – no delivery charges at all.
After your first order, we'll contact you to agree on the best drop-off arrangement. For florist shops, we prefer holding a key so we can deliver sheltered inside; otherwise we'll agree on a sheltered drop-off location. This is always discussed with you in advance.
Our NL warehouse stock delivers UK-wide. Our UK Shop Lorry route covers the Midlands, running roughly from Luton through Birmingham, Swindon and Hereford. If your area falls along this route, the Shop Lorry stock will be visible in your account — contact the office if you'd like to check.
Pricing & Invoicing
Prices and invoices are shown in GBP (£).
The only additional cost is a £5.95 administration fee. No other charges apply, unless otherwise agreed with you specifically.
This depends on your average spend, cashflow, and individual circumstances. We generally start with £1,000 / 7-day payment terms, which can be extended over time. Your account manager or the office can discuss this further with you.
Credits & Quality
Email info@onderwaterflowers.com (or your account manager) with:
- Number of stems
- Invoice number
- Description of the quality issue
- Your customer code
- Photos (always include these to avoid misunderstandings)
You have 48 hours after receiving your invoice to submit a credit request. After this window, we generally won't issue credits — though if you have a valid reason for a late request, please discuss it with your account manager.

Returnable Packaging
We pack flowers in cardboard boxes, which are single-use — you don't need to return these, simply dispose of them. If you'd like, you can leave them out for the driver to take with your next delivery, but this isn't required.
Crates are not itemised on your invoice unless specifically agreed with you. We keep our own internal records of any crates used.
Product Assortment & Sourcing
We source from a mix of our own stock, affiliated growers, auctions, and trusted wholesalers, always aiming for the best price-quality balance. This gives you a wide and varied assortment to choose from.
Look for the "In Today" label — this marks stock that arrived from the grower or auction at our warehouse that same day. All our stock is fresh, but this helps you spot the very latest arrivals.
Yes, use the filter bar on the left-hand side of the page — available on both desktop and mobile.
Yes, we offer pre-order lists with fixed prices for peak periods. These are sourced fresh closer to the departure date.
If we expect an item to be unavailable or below our quality standard, we will substitute it and let you know in good time.
Customs & Import
No — we handle all customs paperwork internally, so you don't need to take any action.
Account & Access
Yes, multiple people can use the same login.
Yes. On mobile, you can swipe a product card to the left, or tap it, to book a quantity.
You're automatically assigned an account manager once you register via our registration page.
